The Milton Housing Authority offices will be closed Thursday December 24, 2020 through Sunday January 3, 2021 in observance of the Christmas and New Year Holidays.

Due to the Covid19 Pandemic and the of practice social distancing, the Milton Housing Authority January 25, 2021 Board of Directors meeting will be conducted by phone.  Minutes of the meeting will be available upon request.

 Per HUD guidance, annual HQS inspections for the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program are suspended through December 31, 2020.

Public Notice-Quarterly Board of Directors Meeting

 The Board of Directors of the Milton Housing Authority holds quarterly meetings on the fourth Monday of April, July, October and January.

Meetings are held at 6:00 pm, Central Time, at the Housing Authority offices at 5668 Byrom Street, Milton FL 32570, and are open to the public.

Should a meeting be canceled or rescheduled due to holidays or other conflicts, notice will be posted on the website as soon as possible.
