The Milton Housing Authority provides safe, decent
and affordable rental housing opportunities for the residents
of Santa Rosa County, Florida.

Our Mission
The mission of the Milton Housing Authority is to assess and fulfill the need for decent, safe, and affordable housing in Santa Rosa County that provides an environment which empowers low income families to improve their lives. The Milton Housing Authority also promotes self-sufficiency and family unification. Milton Housing Authority provides Equal Housing Opportunity and does not discriminate on any basis.

Announcements

Milton Housing Authority is requesting proposals for a development consultant. Consulting services will be for the potential development of an affordable housing complex. Details are provided in the RFP (Request for Proposal.) Proposal submission deadline is July, 30, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time. Click here to download the RFP document.
Due to a clerical error on page 9 of the original posted RFP document, the reference to "Parkmore Manor" should have been "Parkwood Manor." The linked RFP document now contains the proper verbiage. Any proposal submitted from the original linked RFP document referring to Parkmore Manor will still be accepted.
