The Milton Housing Authority provides safe, decent
and affordable rental housing opportunities for the residents
of Santa Rosa County, Florida.

Our Mission
The mission of the Milton Housing Authority is to assess and fulfill the need for decent, safe, and affordable housing in Santa Rosa County that provides an environment which empowers low income families to improve their lives. The Milton Housing Authority also promotes self-sufficiency and family unification. Milton Housing Authority provides Equal Housing Opportunity and does not discriminate on any basis.

Notice
A special board meeting will be held Wednesday September 16, at 1:00 pm at the Milton Housing Authority Office. The Request(s) for Proposal (RFP) for the development consultant have been reviewed and scored. At this meeting, the Board will approve hiring of the consultant.
