The Milton Housing Authority provides safe, decent
and affordable rental housing opportunities for the residents
of Santa Rosa County, Florida.

Our Mission
The mission of the Milton Housing Authority is to assess and fulfill the need for decent, safe, and affordable housing in Santa Rosa County that provides an environment which empowers low income families to improve their lives. The Milton Housing Authority also promotes self-sufficiency and family unification. Milton Housing Authority provides Equal Housing Opportunity and does not discriminate on any basis.

Notice
Due to damage from Hurricane Isaias, the Milton Housing Authority office will be closed through Friday, October 16, 2026. We will reevaluate on Monday October 19, 2026 and determine when we will reopen to the public.
All HCV/Section 8 inspections which were scheduled for October 13, 15, 20 and 22, 2026 have been cancelled. You will receive a letter notifying you of the cancellation and a follow up letter will be sent to reschedule.
Thank you for your understanding as we begin the recovery process.
